  I waited until the new store frenzy passed to try the new neighborhood smart and final. I came to the store at 9:30 p.m. There were no lights on in the parking lot...not 1. If I were alone I would not have gone in. I stopped first at the fresh vegetables and produce section. Nothing fresh about it. Most of the green vegetables, kale, mustard greens, cabbage, were wilted and turning yellow. The grapes on display looked as bad as the grapes they had discounted. Needless to say I was a bit disappointed on my first visit. On a positive note the store was clean and the staff were friendly.
