  Exceedingly helpful and polite staff - especially the paint department. Parking in this area gets crowded. You're able to exit quicker through the side street instead of via Limonite.

  8:20 2/20/18 I picked up my garage opener purchased online today at the customer service Dept apparently service by Daniela, brought the item out with the box taped that looks like it was just returned, so I Ask if she can replace the item coz I know the location has 11 in stock, she said well this is the item they brought here. So I told her you want me to pick it up myself, said yes pick whatever you want. So I did, passed her is this good to go?, said need to check out and sign, ok she scanned the item then said sign..., sign..., im still waiting to the machine to show me where to sign, then she loud SIGN, shouted at me, SO THEN I SAY WHERE TO SIGN IT DOESNT SHOW WHERE TO SIGN NOT SHOWING ANYTHING, said oh went again type in until it shows. I SHOULD Have CALLED THE MANAGER BUT I CAME FROm 12 hours shift and Im tired. I should have her return my money instead. DANIELA, you don’t have any business in customer service. Find something else not all customers is A PIG LIKE YOU. treat your customers the way you like to be treated. I HOPE THE MANAGER OF THIS LOCATION CORRECT THIS MATTER.
